While we all hope for a quiet Christmas to relax and catch up with family and friends, we recognize that eCommerce never really takes a break and many of our clients have big plans for holiday sales.
There will be no staff in the office on Christmas Day and New Years Day.
We will be open with a skeleton staff on the 24th and 28th of December but experience has shown that chances are pretty good that people will drift away early both days.
If you call after hours you will have the regular option to connect to Emergency Support. If you call during business hours and none of the support extensions or the general line gets answered, you can reach the emergency number at extension 295.
If you call the office and do not even get to voice mail, call 604-657-0512 to be connected to Emergency Support.
