Membership

SiteCM Membership Manager provides a cost effective way to deliver member-only content. Using the Membership Manager, site owners can grant password protected access to content to create an extranet or intranet for staff, business partners, union members, condo owners, and other stakeholders.

Organize & Create Groups

Membership is available as a single group, or with the ability to create multiple groups.

Set Access Levels

With multiple groups you can have increasing levels of access for different users types. For example, a not-for-profit might need to have one membership group for Volunteers, another group for staff, and a third group for board members.

Restrict access on anything

Permissions can be set for members on pages, images, documents, and even some drop in controls reducing the chance that members will see content restricted to higher access groups. It also reduces the chance that your internal documents will be visible to non-members.

Unique Member Logins

All members have a unique user id and password with a handy password reminder & reset function to ease administration.

Member Editable Listing

Membership can also allow members of organizations to manage their own listings in a membership directory

CWILL BC

The Children's Writers & Illustrators of BC Society is a cooperative organization of published children's writers and illustrators. Their site includes a member directory that their members can maintain with recent publications and awards. Librarians, teachers and other groups can also search and filter the directory to find members appropriate for their audience who are willing and able to come to their region to do presentations to students.
